Four Chicago maps
Four Chicago maps are named for Hood Warfare 2. Fight through downtown, the suburbs, The Trenches, and Chicago Mall.
Hold down the streets or take the fight indoors, with different routes and positions to learn on each map.
The four names
The four maps are downtown, the suburbs, The Trenches, and Chicago Mall. Select a name to move the gallery into view. Arrow keys and a sideways swipe step through the three shots once the gallery is focused.
Streets and indoor routes belong to all four maps. They are not a callout that belongs only to downtown, only to the suburbs, only to The Trenches, or only to Chicago Mall.
The three shots show a parking lot, a mall atrium, and a house with a car. They show the kind of space you fight in. They are not assigned to downtown, the suburbs, The Trenches, or Chicago Mall one by one.
Bring a mode with you. Territory modes care about space you can hold. Bag and chain modes care about a path back to your side. The bomb mode cares about a plant site and a retake. The map list is those four names.
Using the gallery
Open a shot to enlarge it. Escape or a click on the dark backdrop closes the view, and the previous and next controls stay on screen.
downtown is written in lowercase, the same way the suburbs is written. The Trenches and Chicago Mall use capitals. Search for those spellings when you are matching a mode lobby to a map name.
Callouts, spawn diagrams, and lane names are not part of the four map names. Learn routes in the match. The index is which four names can show up when you choose a map: downtown, the suburbs, The Trenches, and Chicago Mall.
If a lobby offers a map outside these four, it is outside the named set. The named set is downtown, the suburbs, The Trenches, and Chicago Mall, indoors or on the street.
