Three tracks
Playing matches and leveling up will unlock more weapons and equipment. It is the long ladder, and it is separate from a single gun's challenge list.
Attachments are earned through weapon challenges. Complete weapon challenges and the reward is attachments. That is how sights, magazines, grips, suppressors, and other attachments get earned, as a category of reward, not as five different challenge names.
Get kills with each gun and those kills with each gun unlock new skins. The action is kills with that gun. The reward is new skins. Skins are not an attachment slot.
There is no challenge checklist, skin name, or weapon roster beyond the three tracks. Play matches for weapons and equipment. Finish weapon challenges for attachments. Get kills with each gun for skins.
How the tracks sit together
You can be earning all three during the same match. A kill can count toward a skin and toward whatever weapon challenge you have up, while the match itself moves the reputation level.
Weapons and equipment from reputation are what you bring. Attachments change the gun you already have. Skins change how that gun looks. A name outside those three tracks is not one of the unlocks.
Reputation does not replace the pre-match perk and equipment step. You still set those before a match even after you unlock more of them. The unlock track adds more weapons and equipment. It does not list each item by name.
Use the loadout page for the five slot names, and use a match when you are ready to earn the next reward. The tracks do not ask for a menu path beyond playing, finishing weapon challenges, and getting kills with each gun.
